WHAT IS HYPNOTHERAPY ?

Hypnotherapy  can be described as a a very relaxed state of mind involving focused attention, reduced peripheral awareness, and an enhanced capacity to respond to and to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. This trance-like state is similar to daydreaming. The therapist will guide you into a relaxed, focused state and will be constantly with you in a dialogue guding you through the whole session. In this state, clients can turn their attention completely inward to find and utilize the natural resources deep within themselves that can help them make changes or regain control in certain areas of their life.

Hypnotherapy is mainly for anyone.  For the one who is struggling with a part of their life or for the one who is curious to work and connect in a deeper sense with oneself.

TYPICAL TOPICS WHICH ARE ADRESSED

Hypnotherapy can be used to treat anxiety, phobias, negative habits and addiction including substance abuse, sexual dysfunction, Eating Disorders, unwanted behavioral, and bad habits. It can be used to help improve sleeplearning difficulties, concentration problems, communication, and relationship issues. Hypnotherapy can aid in pain management and help with releasing traumatic experiences, PTSD, Panic Attacks as well as other psychosomatic symptoms.

Other common topics where Hypnotherapy can help are: Blocks in key areas of life, Stress, Sadness, Depression, Past-life regression and unblocking, Rebirthing, Forgiveness, Acceptance of self, increasing self-love, and more.

Although there are different techniques, hypnotherapy is generally performed in a calm, therapeutic environment. The therapist will guide you into a relaxed, focused state and ask you to think about experiences and situations in positive ways that can help you change the way you think and behave.

HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?

Generally is Hypnotherapy a very effective therapy techniques which will show results in a quicker way. However regarding to the issue you would like to adress it might take more sessions. On average I see my clients around 3-4 times.

My goal is to help you in the most effective and most minimum time as possible. The progress will be discussed always regarding to what you need and want.

FEES

Tailored Hypnotherapy Sessions: 180 Euro (2 1/2 Hrs.)

Are you having financial constraints?If you cannot currently match the fee due to financial or unusual circumstances, please let me know. I am happy to work with you to find a more suitable fee. 

Cancellation Policy:

Standard 48 hours notice of change to appointment time. 50% fee if less than 48 hours notice.

100% fee if cancelled less than 24 hours notice.

Having said that I recognise that challenging situations sometimes occur in life and my priority is always to treat people fairly. In the case of last minute rearranging please contact me as soon as you can.
